It welcomes back original drummer Steve Hamelin who had taken leave from the band to pursue a degreeand with the original line-up back in play, it seems inevitable that the charm and youthful energy of their debut Red, Yellow and Blue would also surface. Opening tune "Forget Me," reportedly written through tears on the day Bowie died, starts with an acoustic strum as Lalonde begins to sing, handclaps working as initial percussion before Hamelin and Derosier join in. It's a warm welcome to the album, and immediately seems to boast the familiar boisterousness of the Born ruffians uncle duke and the chief (2018) of old.
